Return & Exchange Policy

SHIPPING

All return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer returning products. All packed products, tapes, stick wax, new products must be returned with all tags and packing intact and undamaged. All returns must be accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase in order to receive a refund or exchange. REFUNDS

Once your item has been returned to our warehouse we will make a determination as to the condition and whether or not it is a satisfactory return. Once this is determined you will be contacted if unsatisfactory or a full refund will be issued. Refunds typically take 3 - 5 business days depending on your banking institution.
